2.) BABY BOOM & MOTHER-TO-BE EXPO-

  • DATE: Sunday, May 17th, 2020
  • SET-UP: After 10:00
  • SHOW HOURS: 1:00-4:00

  • $395 Hallway
  • $495 Ballroom
  • $750 Double Booth
  • $1,000 Major Sponsorship + Booth Fee

3.) ANNUAL SUMMER WEDDING EXPO –

  • DATE: Thursday, June 25th, 2020
  • SET-UP: AFTER 2:00
  • SHOW HOURS: 5:30-8:00
  • $395 Schenectady-Troy Room
  • $495 Hall Extension
  • $595 Entrance Area
  • $695 Ballroom
  • $995 Double Booth
  • $1,000 Major Sponsorship + booth fee

6ft Table = Apx 6×9 area including table*

Round Table =Apx 8×8 area including table*

Double Booth = Apx 6×16 area including table*

*This will depend on which area you are exhibiting in.

**If you require more space, there may be an additional charge depending on your needs.

***Any display using backdrops must be noted on contract, so they may be placed accordingly.

NO CHANGES ONCE FLOOR PLAN IS SUBMITTED! (1 Week prior to event)

**DISCOUNTS**

-Deduct 5% if choosing multiple shows within a 12 month period

-Deduct 5% if paying in full at time of space reservation – (45 Days or more prior to Event Date)

-Deduct total of 10% if choosing to participate in more than 1 show and paying in full at time of space reservation

Minimum of 50% deposit is due at time of booth reservation

Balance is due 45 days prior to event

EXHIBITOR RECEIVES:

-List of Brides (or) Mothers who attend Expo (Who give permission to share their info)

-Table with linen & 2 chairs

– Electric if required & specified on contract

– Please provide your own signage
